Katherine Georgina - Another collaboration

November 20, 2013  •  Leave a Comment

During my journey on the path on learning different styles of photography, Katherine and I have worked on several projects from a Spy vs Spy to a Vampire theme portrait session. Its great working with Katherine with the unusual ideas that we come up with because they push our creative boundaries.

The latest project that we have worked on was about what people get up to from 9-5 and this led us to do our portrait session in a launderette in Liverpool (Rock'en'Roll ha!)

This was a great challenge for both of us to do because with the difficult lighting and people walking in and out of the launderette, we had to create some pictures that was suited to the environment and looked natural.

We bumped in many great characters in the launderette and you sense there was a community of people who go there regularly. The best part of the day was when a lady who looked over 60 started giving us advice on how to pose then declaring "Us old people have done one or two things when we were younger!"

Overall is was another fun day and here is a slideshow on what we did.
